Delete your SonoArc account

You can erase your account and everything stored for it, yourself, in under a minute.

How to delete it

  1. Open SonoArc (the app or sonoarc.world) and sign in.
  2. Go to Account and scroll to Delete account.
  3. Choose Delete my account…, enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account, projects, recorded takes, songs and lyrics, concept images, experience/level data, settings and any saved AI key are permanently erased from your device. Your songs, lyrics and recordings were never stored on our servers, so there is nothing further to remove. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

Subscriptions and billing records

  • Subscriptions bought on our website are cancelled automatically when you delete your account.
  • Subscriptions bought through Google Play or the App Store must also be cancelled in that store's subscription settings — deleting your account can't do that for you.
  • Payment and invoice records held by our payment processor are kept for the period tax and accounting law requires.

Can't sign in?

If you can't access the app, email cras.vruskin@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will delete any information we hold about you, including your email address on our mailing list.
