Record a clean take
Capture uncompressed 16-bit WAV vocals the way they actually sound.
Steps
- 1
Arm the recorder
Use the Track Recorder. It captures uncompressed 16-bit WAV at your device's native sample rate — no lossy step in between.
- 2
Set a good level
Watch the meter and aim for peaks well below the ceiling so you keep headroom and avoid clipping. Green is friendly, red is danger.
- 3
Record & review
Take it more than once. Saved takes stay in your session's library where you can compare and keep the keeper.
- 4
Export the take
Download your take from the session library whenever you want it elsewhere. It lives only on your device until you export it.
